A UK mother was left horrified after discovering that her toddler had eaten the ashes of his late grandfather, which were stored in an urn in their living room, according to a report by the Daily Mail.

Natasha Emeny had briefly stepped away to put away some clothes, leaving her one-year-old son, Koah, alone in the room. Upon returning, she was stunned to find him covered in the ashes of her late father.

In a video recorded by the distraught mother, the toddler can be seen with ashes smeared all over his clothes and furniture as he unknowingly plays with the cremated remains. “Oh my God.
