Hillary Clinton has faced backlash after accusing billionaire Elon Musk of a “blitzkrieg-style” attempt to gain access to sensitive government data. Many critics called out the former secretary of state for hypocrisy, pointing to her own email scandal.

Clinton urges Americans to resist Musk’s alleged actions

Despite her past controversies, Clinton recently urged Americans to stand against procedural measures taken by Musk and DOGE. On Tuesday, she took to Instagram, warning that Musk was attempting to take control of critical government systems.

“Elon Musk is mounting a blitzkrieg-style administrative coup of the US government, accessing and editing critical systems that manage everything from social security payments to private taxpayer information,” Clinton claimed.

She further alleged that “many Americans are totally unaware that critical systems people rely on—which run on (and funnel!) taxpayer dollars—are being smashed and grabbed.”

Her remarks have led to widespread criticism, with many social media users mocking her warning and reminding her of her own history of mishandling classified information.
