Despite the hurdles, Carey did not give up easily. She took the unconventional step of attending couple’s therapy to resolve issues in her sologamous marriage. The 36-year-old, born in Brazil but residing in London, revealed that she underwent 10 sessions of therapy, yet the efforts proved futile. “I realized that my sologamous marriage was a process of healing and self-discovery,” Carey mentioned. “But I also understood that personal growth can lead us in different directions.”
Announcing her divorce on Instagram alongside a Pubity post, Carey expressed her readiness to find a new partner. “I need a new husband,” she wrote, signaling a new chapter in her life.
