Taylor Swift fans erupted into a frenzy Thursday night after Travis Kelce shared a 13-photo carousel on Instagram, with one image sending Swifties into investigative mode. The third photo in Kelce’s post, which appears to be taken at a cozy pub, shows his phone placed on the table, and on its lock screen is a black-and-white image of Taylor Swift seemingly pointing at her left ring finger.

Fans Zoom In, Speculate: “Is She Engaged?”

The lock screen image quickly became the talk of the internet. Fans wasted no time dissecting every pixel of the grainy photo.

“Yes… yes I did zoom into his lockscreen,” one fan admitted.
“Is she holding up her hand with a ring on her finger??” another asked.

Many interpreted Swift’s gesture as a nod to an engagement, igniting rumors that Kelce may have proposed. “Travis’s lockscreen — is she pointing at her hand like she’s… engaged?” one fan posted, while another added, “Is it an engagement photo?!”

If confirmed, this would mark a major milestone in the couple’s very public but carefully curated romance, and the first time Kelce has made his relationship with Swift Instagram official.

The Swiftie Symbolism: 13 Photos Coincidence? Unlikely

Equally captivating for fans was the number of photos in Kelce’s carousel, 13, a number Swift famously considers lucky. Born on December 13, Swift has repeatedly referenced the number throughout her career, linking it to many of her professional triumphs and personal milestones.

“13 pictures AND the 13th picture being w Taylor was not a coincidence,” one fan commented.
“The fact that the post has 13 photos!” another echoed.

The final image in the post features Swift herself, seemingly sealing the symbolism.

A Glimpse Into Their Time Together

Aside from the speculation, the carousel offers rare insight into Kelce’s offseason, including snapshots of the couple spending time with friends, enjoying snowy landscapes, and visiting an ice hockey rink. The photos showcase a relaxed, joyful side of their relationship, far removed from the high-pressure worlds of professional football and international pop superstardom.
