Chandler, AZ | June 11, 2025 — What started as an ordinary bike ride for 14-year-old Cody Strecker turned into a life lesson, and a community celebration of honesty and kindness. While cycling near his father’s home in Chandler, Arizona, Cody discovered a lost wallet containing about $300 in cash, along with credit cards, a driver’s license, and health insurance documents.
Instead of pocketing the money, Cody took it upon himself to track down the rightful owner, using social media and public records. His efforts paid off when he successfully reunited the wallet with its grateful owner, a woman who explained she had accidentally left it on the roof of her car before driving off.
