Criminal charges filed against the dog owner

Detectives from the NYPD’s Animal Cruelty Squad took Yadgarov into custody. He now faces 96 misdemeanor charges for animal neglect and failing to provide proper sustenance. Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz publicly outlined the severity of the charges and described the appalling conditions in which officials found the dogs.
