Chevron refinery covers nearly 3,000 acres and employs over 1,200

Air quality agency launches investigation

In response to the incident, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), the regional agency responsible for overseeing air pollution control, confirmed it is actively monitoring the situation.
