Dmitriev has met multiple times with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and previously hosted U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff in Moscow. His wife, Natalya, holds a deputy role under Katerina Tikhonova—one of Putin’s daughters—at a foundation linked to Moscow State University.
