Three 20-minute audio recordings, posted under an account linked to Jabbar, detailed his condemnation of music, sex, intoxicants, and other pleasures, which he labeled as evils deserving destruction.

The voice in the recordings matched Jabbar’s voice from a video promoting his real estate business. He was fatally shot by police following the Jan. 1 attack on Bourbon Street.
