Theme Park Visitors Capture Footage of Strange Aerial Phenomenon at Epcot

ORLANDO, FL- A peculiar aerial phenomenon has captured the imagination of Disney World visitors and social media users alike, as footage of a “glowing red” UFO ascending rapidly over Epcot circulates online, prompting both scientific speculation and fantastical theories.

The sighting

The incident, captured on video by park attendees and shared through the disneydads social media account, shows what appears to be an orb-like object emitting a red glow as it moves upward through the night sky. Witnesses described the object’s movement as reminiscent of a “reversed meteor,” creating a striking visual display that drew crowds of onlookers.

Multiple witnesses come forward

The sighting has prompted numerous reports of similar phenomena across Florida. “We saw quite a few over the weekend while at MK and Grand Floridian,” reported one parkgoer, while another witness claimed to have observed a similar object near Sarasota, Florida. The phenomenon’s reach extended beyond state lines, with one observer in Newcomerstown, Ohio, describing an object “maneuvering beyond anything I believe we have.”

Scientific explanations emerge

While the footage has sparked widespread speculation about extraterrestrial visitors, space industry experts, and local observers offer a more terrestrial explanation. Several social media users familiar with the area suggested the sighting coincides with SpaceX rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral.

“It appears to be the exhaust trail from a SpaceX launch, presuming they are looking east,” noted one observer, pointing out the frequent air traffic and tour operations over Disney World.

This explanation aligns with SpaceX’s ongoing contract for GPS-3 satellite deployments, following their initial launch in January 2023.

Public response

The incident has generated significant online discussion, with reactions ranging from skepticism to enthusiasm. While some dismiss the footage as CGI or clever marketing, others view it as potential evidence of otherworldly visitors. One commenter humorously suggested that “‘Aliens love Disney World’ is a heck of a marketing ploy and also a script tailor made for a new movie.”

The sighting adds to a growing list of unexplained aerial phenomena reported across the United States, though many ultimately find conventional explanations in commercial space activities and atmospheric events.
