The MDC, New York’s sole operating federal detention center, has long been plagued by severe issues including overcrowding, violence, rodent infestations, and crumbling infrastructure. Legal connections

In an intriguing twist, Combs and Mangione share the same legal representation. Attorney Marc Agnifilo, currently defending Combs against multiple sexual assault lawsuits, will also represent Mangione.
