Now, Naomi is in critical condition at an Oregon hospital, battling for her life after a gunshot wound that has already required multiple surgeries.

Drea, Naomi’s mother, recounted the horrifying moment she received her daughter’s message. “It’s like a nightmare,” she told KGW 8, visibly shaken. “She’s hooked up to machines, and her whole abdomen is still open.
