The 38-year-old millionaire announced that anyone with curiosity and determination has a chance to claim the loot—provided they can crack the clues hidden in his newly released book, There’s Treasure Inside.

The book, filled with puzzles, maps, and hints, is the key to locating the treasures. Collins-Black insists the clues are accessible to everyone, stating, “You don’t have to be a genius to solve the clues. There’s no grand cipher. If you have curiosity, imagination, and the willingness to try something new, you can find the treasures that I’ve hidden.”
