Nine-Month-Old Baby on Ventilator After Horrific Incident

Newton County, Missouri – A nine-month-old baby boy, Waylon, is clinging to life on a ventilator after allegedly suffering a brutal assault at the hands of his mother’s boyfriend, Jordan Boggess, 28. The incident, which occurred on September 14, has left the infant with severe head injuries and a bleak prognosis.

According to investigators, Boggess admitted to throwing little Waylon into the air twice while the child cried, during a moment when Waylon’s mother was in the bathroom.
