2. Universal Healthcare and Medical Infrastructure

• Ayushman Bharat Expansion: The central health insurance scheme will be expanded to cover every single Malayalee.
• AIIMS in Kerala: A major infrastructural pledge to establish an All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in the state, bringing world-class, accessible healthcare infrastructure to the region.

3. Relief on Everyday Household Utilities

The manifesto directly addresses the rising cost of living by offering targeted subsidies on basic utilities.

• Free Water Supply: A promise of up to 20,000 liters of free water every month per household, aiming to establish water security as a basic right and bridge the gap for the 32 lakh households currently lacking reliable tap connections.
• Subsidised Electricity: Subsidies on domestic power to ensure affordable and uninterrupted energy for all homes.

4. Expanding the Social Welfare Net

• Monthly Pensions: A ₹3,000 monthly pension for poor women, widows, and senior citizens above the age of 70.
• Free LPG Cylinders: Poor families will receive two free LPG cylinders annually, distributed strategically during Onam and Christmas, helping reduce cooking costs while respecting the cultural fabric of the state.

5. Next-Generation Infrastructure and Connectivity

• High-Speed Railway Corridor: A proposed corridor connecting Thiruvananthapuram to Kannur designed to drastically reduce travel time and unlock massive new opportunities in trade, tourism, and youth employment.

• Devotee-Led Temple Management: Promising a greater role for devotees in the administration of major temples, including the Sabarimala and Guruvayoor Temples.
