TL;DR

In the new documentary The Age of Disclosure, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio claims that unidentified objects have repeatedly entered restricted nuclear airspace—and that some governments may have kept the White House in the dark. Pentagon data shows nearly 1,600 UAP sightings in four years, and military insiders interviewed in the film allege non-human intelligence may be involved. The documentary is already Prime Video’s highest-grossing doc despite criticism over its lack of physical evidence.

What Did Marco Rubio Claim in The Age of Disclosure?

In one of the documentary’s most startling moments, Secretary of State Marco Rubio tells director Dan Farah:

“We’ve had repeated instances of something operating in the airspace over restricted nuclear facilities, and it’s not ours.”

Rubio suggests that rogue governments may have withheld critical UFO-related intelligence from the White House, raising concerns about national security blind spots.

The claim gains weight because Rubio has long been involved in congressional oversight of intelligence agencies and is known for sober, cautious comments on UAPs, not sensationalism.

What Is The Age of Disclosure?

Released on November 21 on Prime Video, The Age of Disclosure features interviews with 34 insiders across the U.S. government, military, and intelligence agencies.

Key documentary themes

• The U.S. government knows more about UAPs than it admits.
• Sovereign nations may be in a “secret war” to reverse-engineer crashed craft.
• UAPs have been observed interfering with nuclear systems.
• Some insiders claim the presence of non-human technology.

The film quickly became Prime Video’s highest-grossing documentary within 48 hours, showing the public’s intense appetite for credible UAP discussion.

Reception is mixed:

• Supporters call it “the most serious and sourced documentary on UFOs.”
• Critics say it leans heavily on anecdotal accounts and lacks physical evidence.

What Does Pentagon Data Tell Us About UAP Sightings?

The Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has recorded around 1,600 UAP sightings in the last four years—an unprecedented surge in reports.

Since 2022, Congress has held three major public hearings, hearing testimony from:

• Active-duty military pilots
• Retired intelligence officers
• Whistleblowers claiming recovered craft programs exist

Some sightings are reportedly:

• Defy known physics, including instantaneous acceleration
• Disable nuclear power systems
• Exhibit transmedium travel (air → sea → air)
• Show no visible propulsion

These patterns match several accounts shared in The Age of Disclosure.

Who Else Is Making Extraordinary Claims?

One of the documentary’s most striking interviews features Jay Stratton, former head of the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force. Stratton says he has personally witnessed:

“Unidentified, bizarre aircraft being flown by non-human entities.”

While critics caution that Stratton’s claim lacks corroborating evidence, his senior role inside the UAP program makes the testimony impossible to ignore.

Why Rubio’s Comments Matter

Rubio is not a fringe div. As Secretary of State—and previously Vice Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee—his words carry institutional weight.

What his statement implies

• If foreign governments withheld UAP intelligence, it signals a severe breakdown in allied trust.
• If the phenomena over nuclear sites are unknown and uncontrolled, that’s a direct strategic risk.
• Rubio’s decision to speak publicly may indicate growing tension between national-security officials and agencies accused of withholding data.

How Is the Public Responding to The Age of Disclosure?

Interest in UAPs has skyrocketed in recent years, and the film tapped directly into that trend.

Why it’s resonating

• High-ranking officials going on record adds legitimacy.
• Nuclear-site incursions are a major national-security concern.
• The film avoids the sensational tone that typically undermines UFO coverage.

Still, skeptics argue that until physical evidence is made public, claims about non-human technology remain unproven.

Why This Story Matters

The combination of:

• A senior U.S. official alleging hidden intelligence
• 1,600 Pentagon-documented anomalies
• Whistleblowers citing non-human craft
• Nuclear facility incidents

… make this one of the most consequential conversations about UAPs in modern U.S. history.

Whether The Age of Disclosure sparks further congressional hearings or deeper secrecy remains to be seen. But it has pushed the UAP debate out of the shadows and into mainstream political discourse.
