Israel hails Trump’s “unwavering support” as hostages return home

On a day marked by celebration and relief, Israel announced that it will award US President Donald Trump the country’s highest civilian honour, the Israeli Presidential Medal of Honor, for his role in mediating the ceasefire that brought an end to the war with Hamas.
